Located in the vibrant heart of Monastiraki, this 60 sqm pharmacy was designed as a compact, highly functional retail space with a bold, contemporary identity. A palette of deep green surfaces, black metal fixtures, and soft, uniform lighting creates a calm and orderly atmosphere within the lively urban environment.

Starting at the entrance, a perforated metal panel acts as a gentle threshold: it conceals the staircase while preserving transparency and light, introducing a play of shadows and depth that reinforces the continuity of the space. Further inside, metal structures and curved stands organize the pharmacy’s layout, guide circulation, and ensure clear visibility across the floor plan.

The lighting — a combination of recessed and directional fixtures — highlights the products and emphasizes the geometric clarity of the design, naturally drawing the eye toward the back of the space. At the rear, the service counter is integrated into a clean, almost autonomous deep-green volume that accommodates the pharmacy’s core functions. Floating displays and linear shelving underscore the clarity and structured logic of this “green zone.”

Overall, the pharmacy is a compact urban interior shaped by clarity and restraint — elevating a small everyday program through thoughtful layout, clean lines, and material simplicity.
