The design of this 100 sqm maisonette in Drosia was driven by the desire to create a contemporary and highly functional home, where architecture, materials, and lighting come together as a cohesive whole.

Arranged over two levels, the residence features an open-plan ground floor that accommodates the living, dining, and kitchen areas.This layout encourages a seamless flow between spaces, enhancing both everyday living and social interaction.

The material palette was carefully selected to balance warmth and timeless elegance. Natural oak flooring, marble surfaces, and custom walnut veneer joinery introduce rich textures and a refined character throughout the interior.A key focal point of the living area is the steam fireplace composition, integrated within a bespoke walnut-clad structure that anchors the space and creates a strong architectural statement.

Lighting was considered an integral part of the design from the outset. Concealed linear lighting integrated into the ceilings and custom millwork highlights the architectural volumes and materiality, while decorative fixtures add depth and atmosphere with a subtle, understated presence.

The upper level accommodates the private areas of the home. The master bedroom is directly connected to an en-suite bathroom and an open walk-in wardrobe, forming a comfortable and fluid living environment tailored to everyday use.

Throughout the project, particular emphasis was placed on achieving a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and quality. The result is a residence designed to support contemporary living while maintaining a warm and sophisticated character.
